At Sanmina, we are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our team. We are seeking recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for project management, a strong customer-centric focus, and the enthusiasm to grow within a world-class integral organization.
Ensure the accurate management and tracking of customer purchase orders, guaranteeing precise system entry, on-time delivery compliance, alignment with demand forecasts, and the timely resolution of supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order (PO) Management: Enter, validate, and process purchase orders in the ERP system. - Demand Control: Upload and update demand forecasts into internal platforms. - Backlog & Open Order Management:



Monitor and maintain active tracking of open orders and backlog. - Logistics & Delivery Tracking: Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time performance. - Order Change Requests: Process customer-requested changes, including price adjustments, requested/estimated delivery dates, quantity updates, and partial or full cancellations. - Administrative Processes. - Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and warranty requests. - Manage Credit Memos and billing for special service. - Create and set up new Part Numbers (PNs) in the system.
