The
Jr Sales Representative – Modern Trade
will be responsible for supporting the strategic development of modern trade accounts (supermarkets/self-service chains, price clubs, and health & beauty stores) for SKINTIFIC México. This role is central to driving revenue, ensuring in-store excellence, joint business planning (JBP), and execution of promotional strategies, working in close collaboration with internal teams, the KAM and the customer.
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by assigned channel and account. Analyze market data and identify opportunities at the point of sale.



Communicate in a timely manner all matters related to point-of-sale execution. weekly sales analysis and follow-up on identified opportunities; monthly in-store execution evaluation. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade/ Retail / Key Account / Sales roles within FMCG companies, preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty. Existing relationships with modern trade accounts (self-service, price club, minimarket, health & beauty store) is a plus. Advanced English (written and spoken). Advanced Office (Excel) Power BI (desirable) Immediate availability (desirable). Full time 8:00
