Join a high-performing, general Production Engineering team responsible for the reliability and performance of our core trading systems. This team owns the environment management, software deployment, and production stability for our front-to-back Trading, Post-Trade, and Pn L platforms. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technology and the business, working closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, Portfolio Managers, and Traders to ensure seamless market execution.
Responsibilities Global Support Execution
: Work within a dynamic "Follow the Sun" global model to ensure 24/7 readiness of trading and risk platforms (pre-trade through reconciliation) Proactive Monitoring & Incident Management
: Monitor end-to-end transaction flows; rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve real-time alerts to mitigate trade flow impact and preempt outages Stakeholder Communication
: Act as the primary technical point of contact during incidents, providing high-level summaries and updates to Investment Management, Compliance, and Senior Executives Automation & Continuous Improvement
: Identify operational inefficiencies, manual workflows,



or repetitive tasks and collaborate with development teams to eliminate them via automation Release & Change Management
: Oversee scheduled changes, automated batch processes, and deployments in coordination with Dev teams

g: Solid understanding of Client/Server architecture, Docker containerization, and Kafka messaging systems Scripting & Database
s: Proficiency with Bash scripting (Python or Perl is a major plus) and intermediate knowledge of relational databases (My SQL, MS SQL Monitorin
