Ensures the full visibility on the planning and progress for all production activities. Monitoring of the progress of the production. Participate in the definition and implementation of improvement actions in order to respect the delivery dates.
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Within the scope of the production planning, keep updated on every action within the production
and diffuse the planning according to customer requirement on a regularly basis. Management of the capacity versus the work load. Smoothen the work load and take into account the closure periods and availability of resources. Alert on anomalies and impact measurement (consistency of planning, input data and means of production, etc) Ensure production monitoring (LOB-Line of balance) Carry out the activity monitoring indicators and analyze them (manufacturing cycles, productivity ratio, advance/delay) Participate and propose solutions to improve its activities, the tools used and working environment. Monitor the implementation of improvement actions. Ensure the application of procedures and the correct use of tools.
