As we expand our Analytics team, we are looking for a dynamic Jr Analytics Consultant with
expertise in BI tools like SAP BI/BW4 HANA and SAP SAC, and other leading tools. This role is focused on providing first-level support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of various analytics and business intelligence platforms.
If you have at least two years of experience in BI tools such as SAP BW, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI or Tableau, and are excited about working in a diverse analytics environment, this the place for you.

Job description Handle customer requests and incidents related to SAP BI services and Analytics tools Triage and dispatch tickets to relevant teams,



working closely with other 2nd and 3rd level Support teams when needed. Resolve support tickets for assigned services, escalate when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely issue resolution. Document and track issue resolutions, contributing to process documentation to support continuous improvement. Daily monitoring of SAP systems and Front-end applications to ensure smooth operation and quick identification of potential issues. Taking over development tasks within SAP implementation projects
