We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities that align with their skills and expertise. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum ~3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT, within an agency or corporate environment ~ Proven track record staffing positions at all levels across the Software Development Lifecycle ~ Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills in both English and Spanish ~ Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate flow documentation ~ Familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Mexico and/or the US
