Ensure the accurate management and tracking of customer purchase orders, guaranteeing precise system entry, on-time delivery compliance, alignment with demand forecasts, and the timely resolution of supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order (PO) Managemen t: Enter, validate, and process purchase orders in the ERP system. - Demand Contro l: Upload and update demand forecasts into internal platforms. - Backlog & Open Order Managemen t:



Monitor and maintain active tracking of open orders and backlog. - Logistics & Delivery Trackin g: Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time performance. - Order Change Requests: Process customer-requested changes, including price adjustments, requested/estimated delivery dates, quantity updates, and partial or full cancellations. - Administrative Processes. - Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and warranty requests. - Manage Credit Memos and billing for special service. - Create and set up new Part Numbers (PNs) in the system.
