multiple daily communications
while maintaining service quality and accuracy Support customers with quotes, booking confirmations, and shipment inquiries Coordinate container tracking, returns, and per diem billing when applicable ✅ Full training and ongoing support are provided — you won’t be expected to know everything on day one )
Bachelor’s degree in
International Business
or equivalent experience Around 1 year of experience
in an administrative, clerical, or customer support role (internships count!) Comfortable using
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Advanced English
