Resumen
Provide active leadership and support to develop and sustain SQCDM daily management;creating a problem solving culture in our Plant.
Responsabilidades
Principal Responsibilities
SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition). Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams. Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team. Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5 S, Std work, A3, Kaizen, visual management). Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
Requirements:
Related Bachelor's degree. 0 - 5 years of experience. Intermediate English. Team player with innitiave and dynamic
