You will assess engineering workflows and embed AI across daily development tools, processes, and pipelines, experimenting with generative AI, code assistants, automated testing generators, and agentic workflows. Help us reduce developer friction, automate routine work, and speed delivery—apply now Responsibilities Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, specialized code LLMs, and internal AI utilities for both front-end and back-end developers Design and automate software lifecycle workflows with AI, including unit test generation, documentation generation, schema translations, pull-request summaries, and code-review assistance Collaborate with Dev Ops to embed AI-driven analysis plus automated bug detection and linting directly into CI/CD pipelines to surface vulnerabilities and structural issues earlier Serve as an internal consultant and evangelist by running workshops, producing prompt engineering guidelines for software developers, and defining best practices for safe, ethical, and effective AI usage Track, quantify, and communicate developer velocity and efficiency improvements from AI initiatives, including lead time, coding speed, and team sentiment shifts Guide engineering culture change by introducing disruptive technologies and coaching teams through adoption Requirements7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer,
