As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to support field sales, manufacturing plants & external customers. This position will primarily focus on complex order entry and change orders and have a diverse range of responsibilities to support company customers.
Responsibilities
- Support customers, sales teams, and internal departments through phone, email, and chat. - Process complex orders, updates, and change requests accurately. - Provide product, pricing, availability, and order status information. - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across multiple systems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
