About the position
We are seeking an HSE Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards during the execution of a major data center construction project. The idóneo candidate will promote a strong culture of prevention, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the safe and efficient execution of all on-site activities.
Responsibilities Oversee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Conduct safety inspections and audits on site. Deliver inductions, training sessions, and daily safety talks (Toolbox Talks/DDS). Identify unsafe acts and conditions, proposing preventive and corrective actions. Manage risk analyses (APR/JSA) and work permits for critical activities. Supervise high-risk work such as: Working at heights. Confined spaces. Electrical work. Lifting operations. Welding and cutting. Excavations. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Follow up on action plans resulting from audits and investigations. Maintain HSE documentation, indicators, and evidence of compliance. Coordinate activities with contractors, supervisors, and client personnel. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the project.
