Rehire is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and manage production-grade computer vision systems. You will focus on creating scalable training pipelines and MLOps infrastructure rather than just model development.

Location: Ciudad de Mexico (Polanco) or Buenos Aires (Palermo) Engagement: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary with standard legal benefits Team: IT What you'll do Develop and refine deep learning models for computer vision tasks. Create and support MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducible and scalable training. Handle dataset preparation including cleaning, versioning, and augmentation. Measure model performance using m AP, Io U, precision, and recall. Address overfitting through regularization and hyperparameter tuning. Apply grid search, random search, or Bayesian optimization to improve models. Perform error analysis to identify false positives, false negatives, and data quality issues. Track experiments using tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or Tensor Board. Automate continuous training and validation workflows.



Maintain strict versioning for models and datasets to ensure full traceability. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning for Computer Vision. Demonstrated history of building and managing MLOps training pipelines. Proficiency in Python and either Py Torch or Tensor Flow. Experience with YOLO and Ultralytics frameworks. Familiarity with GPU-based training environments. Competence with Git and standard development workflows. Ability to manage annotation formats like COCO and YOLO. Experience with labeling tools such as CVAT, Label Studio, or Roboflow.
