Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on increasing productivity, efficiency, and product quality. Conduct process, time, and method studies. Investigate manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions using root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving tools . Design and/or collaborate in the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, equipment, and devices . Prepare progress reports, performance indicators, and results for assigned projects. Develop and update Work Instructions, Flow Charts, and manufacturing process documentation . Participate in Engineering Changes (ECOs) and product/process deviations. Coordinate with external suppliers regarding quotations, part development, tooling, and equipment. Prepare purchase requisitions related to projects and department requirements. Train production personnel on new processes, work methods, and implemented improvements. Promote and ensure compliance with safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives .

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. More than 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement. Experience in manufacturing and production processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Experience preparing reports and presenting project results. Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Materials, and Management teams.
