Sr. Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) | Mexico

A leading general pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) to join its Medical Affairs team in Mexico.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Doctor (MD) who is passionate about scientific exchange, building trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and supporting the successful launch and lifecycle management of innovative therapies.

As a Sr. MSL , you will play a key role in executing the medical strategy, generating valuable field insights, and serving as the scientific partner for external stakeholders while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at both the local and regional levels.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as an MSL or Sr. MSL within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Medical Doctor (MD) – mandatory.




- Strong experience engaging with KOLs and delivering high-quality scientific exchange.
- Experience supporting product launches is highly valued.
- Exposure to specialty therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Metabolic, or other innovative therapies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced English.
- Willingness to travel across Mexico.

Location: Mexico City (field-based role with national travel).
