**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for developing and executing the correct inventory level for the three categories according to the S&OP; process by achieving and surpass KPIs assigned such as OTIF, Inventory and SLOB (slow movers) as % of NST, Forecast Accuracy (for the CPFR clients), etc. Develop and consolidate CPFR area. Negotiate and communicate with the different plants to assure the sourcing on time, improving and maturing the current processes (purchase forecast, risks communication, copacking production planning, slow movers meeting (SLOB), etc).
Develop and execute the Inventory and Product Availability strategy for Mexico CP and Export (GEM and Argentina). Three categories: Stationery, Lighter and Shaver.
Achieve and surpass KPI´s such as (Inventory and SLOB as % of NST (Slow movers), OTIF, Days of coverage)
Develop and consolidate CPFR department. Achieve KPIs per client such as Forecast Accuracy, Instock,



Fill Rate, FR penalties, Days on hand. Bring the correct FCST inputs for S&OP; process (SO insights).
Responsible to develop 6 people direct team and 4 indirect team.
Ensure the right levels of inventory per code, category and source avoiding lack of product and or overstocks
Be the link between regional and local team for critical and change management projects, procedures, communications, etc.
Active participation in S&OP; process to assure the correct mix sourcing products and the potentials risks on time.
Identify, analyze, and capitalize market opportunities supported by demand planning team communication and looking for availability supported by integral team
Responsible for the Copacking planning process Mex (production plan, packaging materials)
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s in engineering, Business Administration or Similar
3-5 years of experience in a similar position in Supply chain
Inventory management knowledge, IT knowledge such as E1, JDA, JDE, planning tools, Command MS Office pack (advanced Excel, Power Point)
Consumer products market, Inventory management, CPFR knowledge (POs sites, KPIs, dashboards), Communication and negotiation skills, Executive presentations, Manufacturing and planning tools management
Fluent English is a must
