**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Requirements**:
- B.S. Degree, M.S is preferred. Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience within a product development and/or Electronics manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience with project supervision in one or more of the following areas: industrialization, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing planning, and/or program/launch management
- English 100%
- 3+ years of experience with organizational management and project management
- 2+ years of experience with Bills of Material (BOM) structures, design change procedures, and technical facets of product development.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience involving coaching, mentoring, motivation, and conflict management
- 3+ years of experience in plant operations,




- 3+ years of experience in automotive industry.
**Knowledge**:
- Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Axalant and/or comparable engineering change system
- Familiarity with SAP and/or comparable ERP system
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma problem-solving methodology
- TS16949 awareness training
- Proficient with Axalant or comparable engineering change system
- Proficient with SAP or related MRP system
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations
