- Call center or customer care experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- 18+ Years
*Responsibilities*:
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically, answer calls with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Verify insurance coverage and information
- Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering into the system
