Role Responsibility
Automation & Controls design Assisting Maintenance superintendent with custom made Automation Solutions and maintenance tasks.
Copy, reuse and replicate standards and control code developed by others
Installing and performing diagnostic tests on automated and electrical control systems.
Developing and implementing Electrical Controls maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshooting Electrical Controls malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
Documenting processes and maintaining Electrical Controls service records.
Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
Optimizing Electrical Controls efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
Training technicians and production associates on the safe and efficient use of automated machinery and equipment.
Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement Develop and optimize maintenance execution, reliability, and work processes
Attend conferences, supplier and customer visits to maintain an understanding of current and new, emerging, world class technologies
Perform and implement Lean Manufacturing methodology throughout area of responsibility
Support safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvement initiatives

Area Requirement Description
Education Bachelor's Degree Electro-Mechanical Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
