**PC&L; Process Control Manager**
**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Analyzes current inventory levels as well as transactions related to the movement or transfer of materials on the operations. This position is responsible for coordinating and follow up of all the activities of +20 manufacturing plants, related to the Inventory Management, Scrap Control and Payment Resolution.
- **Your Role**
- Deep knowledge regarding the entire logistics process concept (inbound, outbound and shopfloor management).
- Management PCPR and Inventory Analyst Teams.
- Scrap handling follow up.
- Develop, review and follows-up Cycle Counts program.
- Analyzes discrepancies with the teams.
- Prevention and Follow up meetings with the inventory analyst on plants.
- Analyzes performance metrics such as: WIP, inventory adjustments, scrap, MF47, Material Variance.
- Authorizes adjustments of inventory discrepancies, material variance.
- Provides follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.).
- Reviews RMA Processes.
- Supervise daily activities within the Inventory Analyst.
- Support on the physical inventories with his/her expertise.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Continuous improvement the process to ensure the metrics of the organization.
**Your Background**:
- APICS courses / certifications, mainly focused on CPIM or CSCP as well as inventory management.
- Proficient in SAP (MM, PP, SD & WM mainly)




- High level of English proficiency is necessary (90% or higher)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related.
- Five years of experience on the automotive industry.
- Three years of experience on PC&L; (Materials) Department.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize in accordance with business needs.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience on Engineering Changes, People Management, Automotive Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement / Ordering.
