**Purpose of the Job**:
We are looking for a** Procurement Analyst** to be part of this amazing Fintech and the Finance team. She / He will be responsible for vendor onboarding processes, validating, communicating, and auditing supplier information, documenting the process, tools, templates, and in compliance with the Procurement policies this position will report to a Buyer Specialist.
**Education Level & Work Experience**
+ 2 years of proven experience in similar role
Bachelor of Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, related.
Intermediate English
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Supplier On Boarding / Updates and Deactivations
2. Supplier database management
3. Process Improvement of Onboarding flows, guidelines and policies.
4. Documental Audit on existing and new suppliers
5. Procure to pay incident resolution, acting as liaison between AP and Treasury to give complete follow up of the procurement transactions.
**Technical knowledge**
1. Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role
2. Schooling Bachelor of Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, related.
3. Intermediate English.
4. Advanced Excel.
