**Responsibilities**:
- Serves as a Point-Of-Contact between the warehouse, customer, and planner in administration of accounts.
- Coordinates with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery, and recovering loads when necessary.
- Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders. Including printing documents / POD’s from the TMS, if required.

**About you**:
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
- Ability to solve problems using analytical, practical, & critical thinking skills dealing with a variety of concrete variables.
- Customer service experience.
