- Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and developing and acting as a facilitator of his staff.
- Responsible for promoting and maintaining interdepartmental harmony.
- Develop and implement organizational structure to meet site operation objectives.
**Experience**:




- +8 Years experience as General Manager
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Degree in business management or a masters in business administration or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking and problem solving skills - +7 Years experience as Main Responsible for the results of the company.
