This role will focus on supporting regional management using the company standard systems to conduct routine and ad hoc analysis, utilizing advanced data analysis techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics or another quantitative field.
- Technical competencies required but not limited to statistics, machine learning, databases, Excel, PowerPoint, and programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Additional coding experience in JavaScript,.NET, or Java is recommended.
- 3+ years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques.
- Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: Python, SQL.
- Experience using: Azure SQL Server, Azure Storage, Azure Synapse Workspace.
- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Experience presenting and using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Infogram, and DOMO.
- Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers: Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Facebook Insights, Crimson Hexagon preferred, but not required
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, preferred but not required.
- Experience with healthcare information reporting systems is preferred but not required.
- Advanced English is a must.
**Responsibilities**




- Work with internal and external team stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging internal and external data to drive business solutions.
- Help create internal database architecture to facilitate data mining and analysis.
- Develop data models and algorithms for data sets.
- Use predictive analytics and modeling to optimize revenue and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with different internal and external teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Routine daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting to support management needs for information related to service line utilization, cost, and profitability, and business statistics for volumes.
- Support the company development of financial/operational information systems development/deployment.
- Coordinate with other company employees to ensure proper flow and usage of information.
- Work with multiple departments and people to ensure understanding of and access to data.
- Understand and define possible benchmarks and KPIs, as well as possible visualizations.
- Create, transform, and manage data input processes and dashboard design.
- Design and create a transformation process for data utilizing excel and python or another programming/statistical analysis software.
- Understand data lake structure, metadata, and data management process flow.
