BS/BA In international Business preferably
Environmental Compliance with 49 CFR and International Aviation Association Requirements related to the shipping of hazardous materials associated with the Juarez Manufacturing Operations (DOT Training)
English advanced
Documentation and availability to travel
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for implementing and enforcing all customs compliance policies for Lexmark Campus Juarez.
Oversee pre-classification of merchandise.
Manages Customs training programs to associates.
Supplier Management duties include interfacing with freight forwarders, US and Mexican Customs Officer’s, Customs Brokers and external customers
Power of attorney for all Mexican Customs related entities.
Implement and manage all Customs and Border Protection programs and corporate security programs.
Develop and organize traffic procedures, evaluate and select carriers, methods of transport,



and suitable routes based on cost and on-time delivery goals.
Manage all customer shipping issues, monitor shipments, recommend shipping containers and methods of packing.
Assist corporate with all outbound loads of finished product.
Participate in the negotiation of freight services with outside carrier base.
Maintain regulatory compliance for US and Mexican Transportation.
