**Senior PMO/ SOW and MSA**:
**Requirements**:

**Bachelor´s degree**:
**At least 5 years of experience**:
- In a security or similar technical role, with knowledge and practice spanning multiple information security domains.
- We´re looking for someone with experience in SOW (Statement Of Work) and it´s legal constraints.
- Certifications and Framework Knowledge: Relevant security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISA) and familiarity with frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR.
- Strategic Business Alignment: Demonstrated experience in aligning security initiatives with business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Cloud and SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, multi-tenant, and cloud environments, including platforms like AWS or GCP.
**Responsabilities**:
- Refine Legal Documents: Redline security exhibits and annexes in Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)



and Main Service Agreements (MSAs), balancing security precision and operational feasibility.
- Manage Security Agreements: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and maintenance of information
- Technical Liaison and Compliance: Act as the primary technical liaison for security, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Interdisciplinary Guidance: Provide practical, timely guidance to Legal, Privacy, Security, and management, fostering a collaborative security culture.
- Research: Conduct research in data security and regulatory domains, considering security, compliance and business needs.
**The position offers**:
Base salary according experience $40,000 - $50,000 MXN
