- Bachelors’ Degree.
- 7-10 years Materials Management experience.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably with a Bachelor of engineering or in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Experience with ERP planning systems.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good motivational and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding/familiarity of production, scheduling, and inventory.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, dealing with diverse workforce, multiple priorities, and stressful situations to meet or improve established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with co-workers and peers.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to all ethical business practices.
- Ability to focus on problems or issues and to work toward timely resolutions.
- Bilingual is a must (English/Spanish).
