- Role Purpose:
- Supervise and manage designated parts of the production activities in the assigned SCM-Unit and ensure that products in the area of responsibility are provided efficiently and according to the specifications and in line with customer requirements.
- Main Accountabilities:
Provision of products according to specifications and customer requirements
- Efficient manpower planning, vacation planning, and group work to avoid bottle necks in production




- Implementation of projects and KVP/SIM processes
- Compliance with budget set by production manager
- Maintenance, careful operation and availability of the entrusted equipment and utilities in the designated area of responsibility
- Compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment in his immediate area of responsibility as well as the job safety of the employed staff
- Increases in efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities and improvements in the operational procedures
- Conducting appraisal interviews
- Monitoring of dates and deadlines
- Human resource development activities, such as developing and implementing training concepts
- Management team of respective SCM-Unit in the development and implementation of SCM-Strategies and projects
