We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Accounts Receivable Specialist**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.**
As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to ensure company receives payments for goods and services provided to customer on a timely manner based on payment terms. Properly records transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:
- Update and price analysis.
- Billing posting.
- Ensure that invoices are received in our client’s system.
- Conciliation of shipments, invoicing and sales.
- Internal and external audits.
- Compliance with SOX, Leap and internal procedures.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:
- English intermediate.
- 1 year of experience in accounting areas.
- Proficient in computer software Office. Excellent skills in excel (spreadsheet enthusiast and fast).
