You will support the design and development of new ideas and solutions for new product development as well as supporting current products modification and improvements based on in service needs and market strategy. You will support the concept, design and implementation of mechanical parts, subassemblies and final products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new characteristics into the products to improve performance and add value to the Honeywell PPE Portfolio.
- Cost estimation and cost comparison.
- Component, Function, and system analysis.
- Use CAD and 3D modeling skills to generate proper engineering documentation.
- Responsible for leading and executing cost-reduction projects for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Products.
- Working cross-functionally and across sites to develop technical expertise to support PPE products.
- Work with multiple manufacturing sites.
- Define and propose validation plans and testing techniques.




- Accelerate ideation and concept generation through identifying, maturing, and implementing new technologies, materials, and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Collaborate on ideation workshops.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Engineering Deegre (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related)
- Previous experience in developing products.
- Manufacturing processes understanding.
- Expertise in metallic components and metal design.
- Mechanical Design knowledge.
- 3D modeling and CAD.
- Prototyping.
- Problem Solving.
- Advanced English level.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Team worker.
