Role description
As a Junior Planner, you will play a vital role in improving the performance of trade, marketing, and media campaigns for various accounts within a specific vertical, such as foods, pharma, drinks, liquors, and more. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring the success of online activations, generating performance reports for clients and the commercial team, overseeing campaign creation and execution, tracking deliveries, managing account-related reports, attending performance monitoring meetings, and creating incident management reports. Your aim will be to deliver efficient and excellent campaign management and provide exceptional customer service support

Role description
As a Junior Planner, you will play a vital role in improving the performance of trade, marketing, and media campaigns for various accounts within a specific vertical, such as foods, pharma, drinks, liquors, and more. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring the success of online activations, generating performance reports for clients and the commercial team, overseeing campaign creation and execution, tracking deliveries,



managing account-related reports, attending performance monitoring meetings, and creating incident management reports. Your aim will be to deliver efficient and excellent campaign management and provide exceptional customer service support
Tasks- Guarantee the improvement in the performance of all the trade, marketing and media campaigns for all the accounts of the given vertical (foods, pharma, drinks, liquours, ect).- Provides customer service support for all the online activations for both internal and external clients- Generate the performance reports (of online products) for both our clients and the commercial team.- Management and supervision of the creation of campaigns seeking the efficiency and excellence of the assigned accounts.- Track executions and requested deliveries- Make the reports associated with the accounts that are being managed (for online products)- Attend performance monitoring meetings with clients.- Create incident management reports and make follow up of the solution

- 1 year of experience or more supporting sales activities (reporting, documentary management,event or campaigns coordinator)- Strategic thinking/visioning- Persistent/resilient- Moves fast- Detail and quality oriented- Excellent teamwork skills- Communication skills
Hard Skills- Spanish (required), Fluent in English (advantage)- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar careers.- Analytical skills- Work experience as a data analyst with Excel, Google, SQL- Structuring and monitoring of projects
