As an Agile Coach, you will collaborate with employees at all levels and roles, leading teams towards a deeper understanding and adoption of Agile practices. You will work closely with the Business and Development teams to build these solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the team in adopting Agile frameworks and practices.
- Provide training and coaching on Agile practices.
- Mentor team members in Agile principles.
**Experience required**:
- Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach.




- Experience with digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Design Sprint.
- Experience with tools such as Trello, JIRA, Miro.
- Desirable: knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Lean Management.
