**COE Specialist Planner**:
**What will you do?**:
**Being part of Excellence Center group, is responsible to analyze, propose and being part of SAP implementations from planning perspective, assuring feasibility, in an Engineering to Order environment & aligned to JCI policies and business objectives.**:
**How will you do it?**:
- **Process mapping according to priorities in order to identify system opportunities, define optimized flows and redefine routines as needed.**:
- **Being an active member of CEO team working with std and SQ engineers, SAP specialist, WH specialist & Procurement for process redesign. Follow up with projects implementation to optimized supply chain process.**:
- **Identify and report potential environmental impacts for SAP changes or adjustment, or any system change related to planning. Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before major activity.**:




- **Define corrective and preventive actions regarding system issues.**:
- **Support plant initiatives for Saving projects.**:
- **Attend to meetings and assigned trainings to improve execution.**:
**What we look for?**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.**:
- **SAP environment experiences as mandatory.**:
- **A mínimal of 2 years’ experience in planning is desired. Good communication skills both written and verbal.**:
- **Experience in an ETO environment as desirable.**:
- **Analytical Skills. Data Management skills.**:
- **Responsible, well-organized with a high sense of urgency, for all internal and external customers’ needs, able to work independently.**:
- **Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual as desired.**:
