- Experience in the role: 6 or more years in the position.
- Softwares: OTA'S, CHANEL MANAGER, CRM
- Orderly, proactive, good communicator, decisive, Leadership, Adaptability.
- Residence in Tulum or knowledge of the hotel industry in Tulum.
Objective of the position
The objective is to efficiently managing all areas of the administration and operation of the company.
Main activities:
- Generate strategies related to increase the overall profitability of the company.
- Implementation of a business plan and strategy for the business units.
- Provide critical analysis of strategies,
- Financial planning and management
- Operational planning and management
- Business unit management.
- Compliance with local and state legal regulations and guidelines.
