Accountabilities:
As the Global Pipeline & Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the generation, prioritization, and delivery of an innovative pipeline of process improvement and automation opportunities for Enabling & Operations customer groups. You will partner with key team members to establish relationships,



generate a pipeline of opportunities to unlock value using the RCC expertise and capabilities, and ensure we deliver a brilliant customer experience throughout delivery.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with line management experience (integral line mgmt. experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent collaborator management, influencing & presentation / oral communication skills
- Significant experience of high value change projects including process automation & execution (e.g. RPA, BPM Tools)
- Proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes, demonstrating recognized business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. Lean, Six sigma, Kaizen expert
- Demonstrated experience of leading high-profile projects / change management activities
- Energetic and self-motivated, with strong analytical & prioritization skills
- Thrives in a fast paced and evolving environment and is willing to adapt responsibilities to meet organizational strategic priorities and scaling needs
- Willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Active engagement in technology industry trends supporting process optimization
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience of management consultancy




- Experience of working in Agile methodology
- Multi-cultural awareness and cultural adaptability
