**RESPONSIBILITIES**.
- Manage all accounting and finance activities, including monthly closes, consolidations, reporting, planning, audit, treasury, and tax.
- Manage transaction and investment accounting for GAAP compliance, including valuations with external firms, cost basis accounting, and reserves.
- Oversee tax provisions, filings, and audits with external firms.




- Maintain banking and lending relationships. Manage credit facilities to ensure compliance, and set up new companies and accounts as needed.
- Work with operating teams to create and update forecasts for each of the firm’s lines of business.
- Lead FP&A; function supporting the CFO.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- The person needs to handle QuickBooks and be familiar with GAAP regulations.
