We are seeking a proactive Project Specialist to define and implement processes, coordinate functions, and contribute to our PMO's strategic goals. If you excel in process mapping, project development, and stakeholder communication, join our dynamic team and play a vital role in driving project success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and define processes to be implemented per region, maintaining a structured database file
- Coordination of all process network within the function
- Project development process mapping and roadmap animation within Project Management Office (PMO)
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders in the North America (NA) region.
- Understand project missions and priorities, ensuring seamless information flow.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related
- **Experience in the automotive industry is a must**:
- Forecasting/budgeting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
