**What You'll Do**:
- Responsible for engaging with inbound potential customers across the United States and around the globe.
- Conduct daily phone calls and conversations in English.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy.
- Be involved in making improvements to our sales strategies and processes
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Someone with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Someone looking to grow in a successful fast-growing company
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and team managers.
- Demonstrated ability to be professional, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.
- Currently living in Monterrey, Reciente Leon
**Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree,



or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years related professional experience.
- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience

- This position offers a base salary of 20,000 - 25,000 pesos
- Excellent commissions: skilled sales representatives will find they can double or triple their base salary with commissions. There is no limit to the amount of commissions a talented sales rep can make.
