**The **role**:
You will be responsible for the execution of Institutional Sephora Campaigns, Brand New Launchings, seasonal product updates, playstations redesigns/reconfigurations, endcaps, etageres, and outposts in all Open door Retail locations in Mexico 37 PO'S according to the Mkt local & general strategy

Collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all open door locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of Sephora Brand shopping experience awareness at every touchpoint.
- Execution and development for the perfect Store program to guarantee VM activities and KPI 'S
- Maintain project related materials, documents, sales, records,
- Assist new store decorative installations and renovations




- Open Sell Merchandising - Drive the process for all Open Sell locations, new doors, retrofits, and updates.
- Support with local store maintenance requests
- Key drivers and follow animation and especial actions - KPI 'S sales results
- Produce VM communication materials and Sephora execution guidelines for internal and external reviews.
- Partner with external vendors on graphic and fixture updates to ensure proper execution.
- Review and approve fixture drawings, costs, prototypes, graphic strips, and retailer proofs.
- Budget tracking and project management skills
