**Role Summary**:
- Partner with front developers in Customer Experience Digital Solutions IT team to create front end solutions.
- Define, roll out and reinforce best practices for front end code development and build processes to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet performance requirements.
- Support UX/UI designers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and Developer Leads within the organization to define the Front-End Architecture of new products and features meeting the needs of business.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Design Front-End solutions for new features to ensure performance and quality
- Research and identify solutions when new, complex features are requested by business
- Bridge between UX/UI team in business group and development team
- Maintain and improve CI/CD of Front-End implementation
- Reduce existing Technical Debt and ensure it doesn’t build up
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)



for developers on support and project teams for all front-end technologies
- Continuously improve and share best practices
**Job Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as web developer, specifically with UX/UI challenges and technique
- Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SaSS, Redux, JEST
- Experience with API integrations
- Experience in using common source code control tools like bitbucket
- Understanding of CI/CD systems like Jenkins
- Understanding of Typescript, NodeJS, DB management is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and logical skills
