**Role**:
As Jr. Media Buyer your role is to support our Sr.



Media Buyer as they scale and optimize Google and Meta ad accounts. In this role, you will help with implementation, creative strategy, optimization and testing on both platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Launch and manage Ads campaigns across Google Search and Facebook.
- Generate leads, form fills and phone calls for mental health practices.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaign optimization.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns, including bid management, ad scheduling, and targeting adjustments to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and optimize ad spend.
- Ability to clearly report success and communicate effectively.
- Ability to diagnose any problems in regards to tracking and then being able to fix those problems or swiftly delegate a resolve.
- Complete regular check-ins with CSMs about campaign performance and client feedback.
**Results**:
- Generate leads for our clients - keep the pipeline full with the phone ringing and the form fills happening!
- Independently make decisions and execute on creating and optimizing Google ad and Facebook ad campaigns.
- Independently make decisions and execute on funnel split tests.
- Ability to simultaneously run ad campaigns for many clients at the same time.
- Give creative input to make our product the best it can be!
**Requirements**:
- Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook ads campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients or team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date certifications in Google Ads.
Pay: $255,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
