**Responsibilities**:
- Drives the technological development of production by fostering automationDevelops, designs and plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilitiesDrives the digitalization of production providing IT systems/solutions together with ITGives direction to the production community and supports general optimizationDetermines facility specifications, including analysis and evaluation of location, material resources and structural designDefines and optimizes production processes incl. IT-support toolsManages projects, monitors progress reporting, and troubleshooting for production projectsEmploys strong collaboration and stakeholder communication
