As Financial Director, you will lead the financial management and accounting functions, directing the development and implementation of internal financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Serving as a strategic partner to senior management, you will drive financial decision-making aligned with the organization's objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and risk management.
**Knowledge Base and Experience**
- **Education and Experience**: A higher degree in Business Administration or Accounting Sciences, preferably supplemented with a Post-Graduation or MBA. 5 to 10 years of experience, ideally within Agricultural Business Companies, though experience in other sectors is also valued.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in systems like QAD or SAP is preferred, coupled with a strong grasp of SOX procedures, tax regulations, and advanced Excel skills.




- **Financial Business **Acumen: Exhibits logical reasoning, mastery in fees and taxes management, familiarity with auditors, strategic vision, adeptness in cost management (particularly in operating plants), and a comprehensive understanding of pertinent legislation.
- **Change Leadership**:Experienced in driving change, with a focus on process optimization, operational improvement, and technology enhancements.
