**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
**01. Maintain a clear vision of the goal to achieve is continuous improvement.**
**02. Achieve the objectives set by management in search of Operational Excellence.**

Involve staff by creating a management and approach philosophy, developing the Culture of Continuous Improvement.**
**04. Form a team with the Plant staff to establish goals and objectives.**
**05. Manage and teach by example the theoretical and practical tools to achieve objectives.**
**06. Plan and organize events aimed at achieving continuous improvement.**
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
Industrial engineering completed
5 years of previous experience in a similar position
Sig sigma black belt certification
