Responsible for overseeing, managing, the manufacturing effort and leading effective Project management for key business growth and productivity.
- Understanding, knowledge of high mix / low volume environment
- Understanding of MRP/ERP systems
- 5s implementations and sustaining (auditing)
- QRT
- Corrective actions / NCR investigations (for defects created by an operator)
- Knowledge and deployment of best manufacturing practices (including materials/process methods) as well as quality and continuos improvement techniques.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills h) Knowledge experience in the contract manufacturing cables and harnesses industry.
- Drive a culture of quality throughout manufacturing and hold subordinates accountable for results that meet Companie's quality standards.
- Recommend/implement process improvements.
- Drive cost reduction and cost management to remain in a competitive position in the marketplace. Effectively control cost trough utilization of personnel, materials and equipment.
