**Salary**:
- After a paid initial 4 month intensive education and on-boarding process which is paid at 1st month 10,000 pesos, 2nd month 15,000 pesos, 3rd month 20,000 pesos, 4th month 25,000 pesos. After a year your income will become $30,000 pesos per month.
- After your first year with us you will have additional benefits of 2 weeks paid vacation, health insurance, and retirement funds.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience.**:
- **Advanced English proficiency** for clear communication.
- Ability to effectively convey exercise techniques.
- Sports medicine or Orthopedic expertise to address specific needs and limitations.
