Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing financial reports for the company. QuickBooks knowledge
- Organizing and updating financial records as needed (digital and physical).
- Analyzing transactions and preparing reports.
- Perform regular detailed spot-checking to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenses and income.

- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.
- Keep company financial information confidential.
- Recommending accounting policies and procedures.
- Keeping yourself current on accounting developments and changes in regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
- Accounting degree is desirable.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Data entry skills.
- Professionalism and organization skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
