**JOB PURPOSE**
To purchase the raw materials needed for production, manage the procurement process efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with the organization's objectives and requirements.
**JOB ACTIVITIES**
- Send weekly forecast to vendors and follow-up supplier's commitment.
- Review the MRP Report, create and release the purchase orders based on MRP Requirement in SAP/Avatar.
- Review, analyze and provide the status of the materials in MO Shortage and other related reports.
- Handle and follow-up disposition if any material issues and facilitate communications between suppliers and other supporting departments.
- Manage in a daily basis the activities related to raw material supply planning, material procurement, inventory management and supplier performance management.
**EDUCATION & SKILLS**




- Bachelor degree completed (engineering or administation related fields)
- 2 years min experience in MRP in maquiladora environment
- 2 years min of experience managing suppliers overseas or background in supply chain
- English 80% or higher
