**In this role your responsibilities will be**:
- By analyzing work orders, you will flag potential issues and work with purchasing to secure missing materials. You will expedite deliveries, ensuring orders stay on track and production runs efficiently.
- Regularly reviews dispatch lists, and tracks order progress through Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Packaging.
- Maintains close communication with the Master Planning Leader, seeking their work order listings are clean, preventing a work order from lasting more than four days without being released for production, and negotiating the rescheduling of the orders that exceed that period.
- You will analyze open orders and collaborate with teams to address potential stockouts. Create detailed shortage lists, negotiate better delivery dates, and follow through to ensure on-time delivery.
- We take a proactive approach by reviewing work orders and quickly correcting any mistakes. This ensures accurate instructions reach the production floor,



keeping things running smoothly.

**Preferred Qualifications that set you apart**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business or related areas.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, line balancing, customer service, reporting and graphics and interdisciplinary work.
- Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of MRP / CRP / MPS.
- Efficient in the use of MS Office (Excel) and desirable experience in Oracle software. An active teammate with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
