The Global Rotational Development Program (GRDP) is a two-year program for degreed engineers fresh out of college
The rotations give GRDP Engineers **exposure** and **experience** in key manufacturing functions, and the **competencies** and **business acumen **to help them excel in their careers
The program is designed to build on their existing technical skills through execution of four rotations in
**Manufacturing, Quality, Materials & Production** **Supervision**
Bachelor´s or master´s degree in engineering
